This restored getaway on Tomales Bay in Marin County is a rustic seaside retreat – a chance, say creators Pat Kuleto and Mark Franz, to be in nature and celebrate life. Boulevard and Jardinière, and Franz, the executive chef who worked with Kuleto in creating the eaterie Farallon, are both Marin locals and keen fishermen – and had been dreaming for almost a decade of creating a retreat on Tomales Bay.
