Travel in Style & Design

We can't wait to see this one on the road! Looks so cool. Airstream worked together with Nissan Design America and tent maker Kelly to produce this new lightweight multi-purpose hydrid. The Airstream
basecamp tent-trailer comes with tent extension to double the available living space. Plus, it can be towed by most conventional vehicles.V.L

I saw the basecamp listed with a starting price of only around $20,000. Plus I found a couple of photos. I read that they are now available for purchase. They have some great features. Options include 30′ Skylight with Solar Shade, Maxx Fan Roof Vent, (4 Each) Radio Speakers, Single Burner Cooktop, TV Antenna with Jack, 5500 BTU Air Conditioner, 1.1 Cu. Ft. Refigerator/Freezer, 3.4 Gal Water Tank, Off Road Wheels/Tires/Axle, Glass Matt Battery, Stabilizer Jack, Roof Tubes, Front Lower Body Protector and more…Sounds like some luxury camping!! If you buy one, let me know how you like it.
