Extreme relaxation
Imagine a spa the size of a suburban shopping mall. Travel to the Italian Tyrol and you'll find it inside a huge glass and steel cube. The Therme Meran is 7,650 square meters devoted purely to relaxation and pampering.
Inside the cube are thermal baths, indoor and outdoor saunas, pools, and steam baths. Surrounding the spa is a huge outdoor park with a thermal spring pool, hot and cold pools, a Kneipp pool, a subterranean steam bath, a waterfall, a rock geyser, power showers and a lily pond.

The thermal waters of Merano have attracted kings, emperors and other famous names like Richard Strauss and Franz Kafka for over 150 years. The resort specializes in curative treatments for disorders of the lungs and digestive systems.
