Live like a hobbit
Microlodges are fixed 14ft x 8ft camping shelters that sleep four on a double and two single bunks (but they can also create bespoke versions for six). Made from varnished pine tongue and groove, and Rubberoid hexagonal shingles, they have a door at one side and a small window at the other, providing both light and ventilation.
They come ready for occupancy with heating and lighting and even a TV. All for a mere £5995.
Microlodges can be found at Sauchope Caravan Park in Fife, near St Andrews in Scotland. Somewhere near Middle Earth. RM
