Vacation in a Rolling Hut

Let’s face it, camping is hard work. For those who want to glam it up a little,  there’s a great little herd of cabins in the mountains of Washington called Rolling Huts. Yes, you heard right – a herd. These little cabins have been constructed on wheels (by Tom Kundig of Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects) so they can move around, like cattle. Most of the time, however, they’re located in Methow Valley, surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas, forests and wildflowers. The perfect accommodation for hikers, mountain bikers and cross-country skiers.
