Modern Design in Portugal: Chromatic House

Modern Vacation Rentals - Chromatic House

Enter a wonderland of color, detail, whimsy, and minimalism in a refurbished 19th century townhouse in Torres Vedras, 50km north of Lison, Portugal. Designed by architect Pedro Gandanho, Chromatic House uses a mix of bright and pastel colors to define space and highlight accents on period plaster moldings, staircases, and built-in cabinetry for a striking contrast between old and new. A sense of play is evident in the sculptural (yet functional) decor, such as a octagonal closet, luggage elevator, and bathroom disguised as a red-and-white pill.

With 1 suite and 3 bedrooms, Chromatic House is a true treat for lovers of design and color.
