Front Of House Manager Position Available
We are currently seeking a hands on experienced individual to take on the role of our Onsite Front Of House Manager to lead our team and harness the full potential of our truly unique property.
Verana is located in a remote location on the Pacific Coast of Mexico and draws in honeymooners and professional couples, mostly from the US.
The position is both very much hands on management with being responsible for the over all operation of the resort as well as the high level of guest satisfaction. The role involves the daily operations of the resort (transfers, activities, staffing etc), as well as the overseeing of the housekeeping, restaurant, gift store, kitchen and spa and ensuring that the resort revenue streams are maximised. The successful candidates will have had experience in resort management, budgeting, staff management and have a very high standard of guest satisfaction. Most challenging, all this must be delivered in a remote jungle setting.
Ideally you are currently in a similar position with a resort and have remote location experience. You’ll need to have the talent to keep everyone happy, you are passionate and an individual that enjoys people and the outdoors. Fluent in English and Spanish required. Selected Candidate will need to be able to come for an interview either to Los Angeles or Puerto Vallarta on their own expense.
