V-House, Exterior

Originally experimental architecture , the V House at Verana has proven to be an exciting alternative and has served now for 2 seasons as staff houses. With some further improvements we are now offering this house to the public as an alternative if you want to come to Mexico and especially to Yelapa.

While the V House is on the Verana property, this accommodation does not enjoy the service Verana guests will experience. The V House is rented as an individual unit, self contained and separate to the Verana hotel.

Yes. You are in the middle of the jungle. Safely above with views you won’t forget.
during THE DAY
… there is a lot to do: whale watching, swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. Visit the village or ride the mules for a day trip into the jungle. You can arrange for a fishing trip, explore the coast and discover your own deserted beach…< … or just stay home, relax, spoil yourself at the spa, read, jump in the ocean, watch birds and enjoy the surrounding wonderful nature.

in YELAPA, the nearby village, there are no roads and no cars. Everything is done by boat, mule or foot. Yelapa is a small village with a few good restaurants, grocery stores, a lively beach and dancing at the “Yacht Club” Saturday nights.

When making airline reservations, please remember in order to catch the last boat of the day to Verana or Yelapa, your flight should arrive in Puerto Vallarta no later than 3 or 4 p.m. Take a taxi from the airport to Boca de Tomatlan beach where you will find our boat or the regular water taxi to Yelapa for the 30 minute boat ride to Yelapa. If for any reason you cannot make the last boat we will be able to pick you up at Boca de Tomatlan the next day.
