It's a pretty good neighbourhood, we have barbeques and stuff, but stay away from number 17, I think something bad happened there. A relative of that man blamed the site supervisor for this. Later, that supervisor was found dead. From then on whoever took over the project ended up dead. Voices were heard even during the day while work was being done. Workers always seem to hear someone at one of the rooms- but upon closer inspection, no one there. They say they see blood splatters on walls at times. This scared many other people- up to the investors that wanted the place built, delays and eventually no one showing up to work because of fear- ended construction.
